The  Harbourside Hammocks® Warranty
All  Harbourside Hammocks® products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for up to one year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, including prolonged exposure to rain, snow and heavy humidity is not covered by our warranty. Nor is rot, mold, mildew or damage from improper storage, maintenance or installation.
Harbourside Hammocks® Return Policy & Money-back Guarantee
Your satisfaction is fundamental to us. For that reason, you can return any Harbourside Hammocks® product to us within 30 days for an exchange, or a refund; you pay only the shipping cost. An original sales receipt is required for all returns.
Please note that for on-line sales, we credit only product price, not shipping costs. All credits are transacted in the same method as the original payment.
Harbourside Hammocks® Gift Orders
Since  Harbourside Hammocks® products are frequently given as gifts, we don't include prices on the invoices included with our shipped orders.
Damage from Shipping
We’re relieved to say that we rarely see this happen. Nonetheless, if your order should arrive damaged from shipping, we will get a replacement,or replacement parts to you as soon as possible, and we'll work with FedEx ourselves regarding any claims and damages. Please note that we are unable to use rush-delivery to send a replacement for something damaged in shipping. At  Harbourside Hammocks®, we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible so we can pass along those savings to our customers.
